Please let us introduce ourselves. We are Paul and Tracey (husband and wife team) and we opened the club in April 2010. We are both personal trainers and have collectively worked in the fitness industry for 40 years.
We are passionate about exercise and health and whatever your goals, we are here to help you to achieve them — whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a specific target or simply be fitter and healthier. We will use our knowledge and experience to help you work towards your objectives.
We know its not always easy and there have been times when we’ve had major ‘fitness’ mountains to climb. Paul has competed on many occasions as a bodybuilder and qualified for the British finals on 4 occasions. This requires a strict regime and a battle over the coming weeks to diet and workout in a carefully planned way to achieve the desired results.
We have had 3 children and Tracey faced losing 3 and 4 stones with all of them! She has presented nationally at fitness events and works as a master trainer for Chico - X-Factor star and founder of the Blockfit fitness programme. She works as a volunteer warming up runners for events for the stroke association as well as helping with other charities.
Paul had an horrific motorcycle accident in 2008 which left him with extensive injuries. his fitness helped to save his life and also aided with his recovery. we think its important to share this with you so that you can see, along with the knowledge and qualifications
We are ordinary people that have overcome our own hurdles over the years.
We have used all of our experience to create a Club filled with fabulous equipment such as LifeFitness, much sought after Cybex as well as bespoke purpose built pieces.
We have a fabulous team onboard with us who care 100% and we feel lucky to have them as part of our Workoutz family.
We will always go the extra mile to help you. All of our personal trainers and instructors are fully qualified and so you can rest assured you are in safe hands. We understand the importance of listening to our customers which is why we encourage feedback and comments.
