A Session that centres both your mind and body, leaving you feeling flexible strong, relaxed & revitalized.

Exercise is important physically and -  importantly for our mental health too. This class aims to help you to switch off from the distractions, to relax your mind and body and learn to control your breathing.

This Class blends unhurried, controlled movements and suitable for everyone, with all abilities.
